7. GARAGES



7.1 No attached or detached garage shall be constructed on the Lands having dimensions of less than 24' x 24'. Such measurement may include the outside walls but shall exclude any patio, porch or like part of a building.

7.2 Detached garages higher than the house must be constructed behind the house on lot.
